Clean out your closets... Practice what you preach. If order, neatness, and housekeeping are expected of your people. Hold yourself to a higher standard. We often find closets, cabinets, or storage areas to "keep" stuff or hoard. Purge your areas! A great thing I do is collect baseball caps and sample safety glasses from conferences, vendors, mail, etc. and around Christmas, I give them away to my employees for absolutely no reason except to bless people. #safety #lead #invest #fantheflame
